How Baltic shipping will cope with climate and crises
What should the ferries of the future in the Baltic Sea look like? Researchers at RISE will investigate this together with Gotlandbolaget’s development company, Gotland Tech Development, and Wärtsilä. In the NORDAN research project, they will develop a vessel concept for the Baltic Sea that dramatically reduces energy use compared to today’s ferries and can also help supply society in a crisis.
