In spring 2018, Sandra Pantzare did her diploma work at RISE, department Smart Hardware, unit Printed Electronics in Norrköping, Sweden, developing a sole for horses to wirelessly measure the ground reaction forces under the hooves. Aiming to discover and prevent lameness in an early stage. After graduating, Sandra was employed by RISE as an electronics engineer.
Sandra has a master's degree in Electronic Design Engineering, Linköping University, and is currently working on developing embedded systems. Sandra designs both hardware and software for low energy and wireless sensor systems.
At RISE, Sandra has mainly been working with preventive, biomedical projects for humans and animals. Her key role has been in the development of smart, wearable, measuring systems.
