Contact CharlottaHow can we prevent electrical accidents from happening? You will learn this in this two-hour e-learning course. The target audience is people who work near electricity and/or have health and safety responsibilities.
There are one or two electricity-related fatalities in Sweden every year. This course aims to keep these numbers down and reduce the risks. In two hours, you will learn the basics of electrical safety: we will cover different types of electrical hazards, the effects of electricity and common causes of electrical accidents. You will learn how to work safely with electricity and about roles and responsibilities in this work.
The course is designed for two target groups. Firstly, for those who work near electricity and risk being exposed to electrical hazards, and secondly, for those who have work environment responsibilities and need to manage electrical safety risks in their work. The course is at a basic level.
This course is in the form of an e-learning. Instructional films are interspersed with practical exercises. It will take you about two hours to complete the course. The course is located on the RISE learning platform Learnifier, which you get access to when you sign up.
