Internal audit for accredited activities
Internal audit can be one of the company's most important tools for improvement!
During the course, we cover the basics of audit methodology and how you can plan and carry out internal audits in a good way. We mix the theoretical bases with practical exercises, and the goal is to have a good understanding of how to plan, carry out and monitor an audit in a practical and effective way.
After the physical course, you conduct a small mini-audit at your workplace and then, in a digital follow-up session, we discuss how it went and also address other issues that have come up in the meantime.
We take ISO/IEC 17025:2018 as a starting point, but see that the course is also applicable to other standards. To benefit the most from the course, you should have participated in an audit.
The course is given in Swedish.
