Innovation management in urban development

Innovation management in urban development strengthens the ability of municipalities and cities to initiate, combine and lead innovation processes linked to urban and community building processes. Based on contemporary research and experience from previous development projects, we can offer training courses for urban planners about innovation management in urban development.

We at RISE can also evaluate ongoing and implemented planning processes and thereby provide proposals for new ways of working to increase the height of innovation in municipal urban and community development processes. Together with the city and municipality, tools and working methods which increase the innovation capacities of municipalities are developed and adapted based on specific and local needs. We can build projects together with municipalities and help with applying for external funding to increase the height of innovation in various forms of urban development.
