Lead for the Future – Master Class

Our Master Class ‘Societal Transformation and Learning Organisation’ provides a good starting point and a research-centric base for working further with the changes your business is facing. You will share in RISE’s knowledge and applied research in the areas of societal transformation, learning organisation and the digitalisation of learning.

Three digital sessions that include a lecture followed by a workshop where you meet selected researchers and experts from RISE.

Lead for the Future – Accelerator

Our Accelerator includes eight digital half-day modules that touch on topics such as leadership, innovation, digitalisation, and user-centricity. Among other things, you will learn what the opportunities afforded by existing – and almost existing – technology can mean for your business and how you can systematically work with foresight to future-proof your business.

Here you get access to scientifically proven knowledge from experts both within RISE and at our partners. You will also get to meet other driven leaders to learn and devise solutions to common problems together.

GoDoDigital

Digital transformation for leaders/managers with personnel responsibility. Digital transformation is akin to a running elephant: a lot needs to be done and it moves fast. Here, we take on the elephant one stage at a time. 10 weeks, five digital modules where the focus is on doing. You start from the needs of your business, adapt your way of working, apply digital technology, and identify and act on the opportunities afforded by digitalisation.
