At RISE Fiberlab, we offer a range of services and solutions for optical specialty fiber, leveraging 25 years of experience in the field of development and production of custom optical fibers.

The laboratory hosts three 17m tall fiber draw towers, custom designed and built by RISE for the flexibility and stability that is needed for development and production of a very wide range of optical fibers, from ultrathin 25µm for medical sensors, to ultrathick >2mm fibers for power delivery.

RISE Fiberlab is certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2015. We work closely with our customers and partners, from small and medium-sized enterprises to large corporations and academic institutions.
The facility was previously called Acreo Fiberlab. It was inaugurated in 2001.
