About our hosts

Josefina Sallén is an expert in circular business models in practice. She has a background in the construction, chemical and automotive industries, among others. Her work at RISE is about making the transition from a linear to a circular economy go faster than today.

My most important tasks are to:

• Finding and presenting examples of companies that have made their operations sustainable in terms of resources. These range from clothing manufacturers to furniture makers to players in the automotive industry. You can find some of them on the Circular Map. https://cirkularakartan.ri.se/
• Develop and deepen the transition work. Many in the business community are already doing good things today, and with the right knowledge they can do even more. We at RISE have that knowledge.
• Help to find exactly the tools, people and networks within and outside RISE that companies need.

Gunnar Oesterreich is a professional podcast producer and moderator. He runs about ten corporate podcasts in diverse fields such as sustainability, HR, medicine, logistics, property automation, AI, and security.

Since 2018, Gunnar has also hosted the Swedish interview podcast ”Spännande möten" where he engages in long conversations with interesting people. Reflection, follow-up questions, and allowing the guest to fully express themselves are the foundations of the podcast. Over 200 guests have appeared, ranging from Mona Sahlin to a professional nomad!

Gunnar holds a degree in business administration and is a copywriter with a solid background in communication and marketing. Among other roles, he ran his own advertising agency for 17 years, worked with digitalization at Zooma, and served as the marketing and communications manager at Salming Sports.

In addition to podcasting, he also moderates panel discussions and larger events.
