Logging in - general information
Links for logging in to RISE client and team sites, can be found via the link "Login" tab on the RISE website ri.se.
You log in to our client and team web sites using a unique user name and password. All communication in connection with logging in is encrypted before being sent over the Internet. Provided that your computer and your log-in information are properly protected, no unauthorised person can therefore access your information.
We do not have access of your password: it is only you who has access. If you forget your password, click the "I have forgotten my user name and/or password" link on the log-in page. To change password, log in to this page.
I have forgotten my user name and/or password
Click the link ”I have forgotten my user name and/or password” on the log-in page. Enter your user name or e-mail address associated with your user name and click "send". You will receive an e-mail with an activation link for a new password.
When you receive the e-mail, click the activation link which will bring you to ”log-in information for RISE client and team web sites”. Write down your user name and password, you will need them to log in.
Note! The password will only appear this one time, so it is important that you note the password, together with the user name.
Where do I change my password?
The password associated with your username for logging in to our client and team web sites is changed by logging in to this page.
What must I consider when changing my password?
- Your password must contain at least twelve characters. The password must contain both upper and lower case letters and at least one numeral or non-alphabetic character (for example: !, $, #, %).
- Bear in mind that the password verification system distinguishes between upper and lower case letters.
- Your new password cannot be the same as your seven most recent passwords.
- If you find it necessary to write down your password in order to remember it, treat it as a valuable document.
- Never disclose your password to anyone else
- Change your password at intervals
What does the message "this activation key is no longer active" means?
When you click on the activation link, you receive the message “This activation key is no longer active”
Check your Inbox to see if you have received a later activation mail , or click on the link "I have forgotten my user name and/or password for RISE customer and team web sites" on the log-in page, to receive a new activation mail.
I am immediately logged out when I try to log in
This indicates that the authorisations that are linked to your user account are incorrect. Please contact us to correct this. You will find contact information on this page.
