We provide mechanical and climatic testing, accredited since more than 25 years. Vibration testing is an intelligent strategy to control the suitability of materials and structures. Early tests in development can detect technical errors and quality deficiencies before they become costly delays in the projects.
RISE operates one of Scandinavia's most advanced and best equipped laboratories for mechanical and climatic stresses. Our mechanical test capabilities include all kinds of vibration, shock, compression and drop test.
Our equipment
We have three electro dynamic vibrators, two electro hydraulic vibrators as well as a wide range of control system that allows us to simulate nearly all relevant global standards and fulfill virtually any customer's needs .
Electro-dynamic vibrator (5-2000Hz)
To ensure compliance with standards vibration testing is a must. It is also possible to run climate test and vibration test simultaneously, which is common in the automotive and aerospace industry.
Electro-hydraulic vibrators (1-200Hz)
One of RISE unique electro hydraulic vibrators are two -axis, horizontal and vertical. The exciter platform can be tilted to allow testing at a specific angle. Thanks to its stroke (± 125 mm) in horisontal direction, this vibrator can simulate vibrations experienced during earthquakes.
