Digital Twins of Multi-Purpose Ports, For Operational Planning
The project aims to enhance information management, automate and optimize processes, and boost operational efficiency and resilience in multi-purpose ports. It focuses on creating a Digital Twin solution for improved decision-making. Sweden and Singapore collaborate on the project.

The development and implementation of digital twins in Swedish ports offer the potential to improve operational efficiency, reduce environmental impact, enhance decision-making, and contribute to Sweden´s national environmental goals in the transportation sector.
Planned approach and implementation
The project will be organized into 5 Work Packages (WPs). The Swedish and Singaporean teams will collaborate closely, sharing progress and addressing challenges. Monthly online coordination meetings will ensure smooth progress across all participating organizations. Each Work Package will include tasks, outcomes, and descriptions, enabling effective execution of project objectives
