The project is expected to deliver a competitive facade concept with documented performance. The three S:s in the project name "The facade in the city Fast, Stylish, Smart" have been the starting point for the development, which means that the facade solution should be;
Swift - Fastening should provide speed and safety in assembly. Quick assembly provides cost-effective solutions.
Stylish – a free design with extended design language. Slabs, surface structures and designs can be developed.
Smart - The system is environmentally friendly, meets the regulations that exist for a facade up to eight floors and can be manufactured in a smart and rational way
In the project many prototypes have been manufactured and tested and results have been coordinated with production methods in consultation with the manufacturers. The film shows part of the result. The work has also been documented in a film available on Youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w-lo_evWiUs
