Plastic – superhero or environmental villain?

Plastic is everywhere in our everyday lives and is in many ways a fantastic material. At the same time, plastic can be problematic, not least from a chemical perspective. Is plastic a hero or a villain, and how do we move towards sustainable plastic use?

Bio-based, degradable, recycled. The concepts are many and to some extent unclear. How du you make sustainable material choices? To learn more about this, the Swedish Centre for Chemical Substitution has arranged a seminar with speakers with different perspectives on the sustainable use of plastics.
