I´m the manager of the Unit Connected Society at RISE. We explore and prototype how we can make the best use of the opportunities that exist today with data, sensors, digital twins, etc. To see how we can create a society that is sustainable, safe and fun to live in - for everyone.
I work in many different projects to develop the public sector with the help of the digital opportunities we have now. I am a cog in the digital transformation that we are in the middle of and for which there is enormous potential for the healthcare and care sector in particular.
I support small and medium-sized companies in welfare technology in their development of products and services so they must match the real needs that exist and fit in where they are to be used.
I am a strategist and advisor for municipalities and regions in their digitalization journey with everything from what strategies you should have (few but very solution-focused), how to think about tests and pilots and above all how we get to implementation and broad implementation of digital solutions and new ways to work.
I lead projects for how we can use digital feeds around a public meal to provide a better basis for decisions on how to reduce foodwaste and climate footprint.
I also evangelize a bit about the digital transformation. Love to see when we use our public resources in a smart way. It's all about making people want to change and change, when you get it done magic happens.

I also work with coordinating RISE activities and increasing our presence in Skåne in the south of Sweden, for example through new collaborations for ideas for innovation and development. This for all areas that RISE works with.
I have my background in several industries where I have worked with business development in different aspects. It has been in the international chemical industry, logistics and transport as well as sustainable energy systems, including through Euroheat & Power in Brussels. In addition to this, I have for more than ten years worked in the public sector to actively drive the transformation of the public mission, including in municipal management. I can only recommend jumping between working in private and public sector, there is an enormous amount to learn from each other with an open mind and the absence of stereotypical thinking!
