Aron Tysén

I work with process and product development of fibre-based materials. The main focus is on paper and board materials, especially tissue paper. Everything from pulp processes, fibre treatment, unit processes around the paper machine and converting is considered to reach high quality products made with efficient processes. Within process development I am especially interested in ways to characterise process variability, such as thermography and other multispectral methods.

I have an MSc in Material Designs and Engineering and a PhD in Chemical Engineering. A digital copy of the thesis Through air drying -Thermographic studies of drying rates, drying non-uniformity and infrared assisted drying can be found online.
