Åsa Lauenstein is Senior Researcher and project leader for metal castings and cast products. I her research activities, she strives to introduce novel techniques in the tradtitional foundry, often using the foundry test and demonstration facility at RISE in Jönköping.
Åsa has a doctor's degree in materials Chemistry from Uppsala University and has experience from materials and process development in Swedish steel industry.
