Camilla works as a certified Innovation Leader (ISO / IEC 17024) at the unit Digital Health.
Camilla is leading initiatives within the area Future Health and Care, which aims to gather actors in society who can contribute to develop and innovate the health, care and nursing area in Sweden to create long-term sustainable care, based on the individual's perspective.
It requires both a cultural change with integrated solutions from a system perspective that includes leadership, competence, interaction with market players and new technical solutions. Regardless which actor that delivers health and care, the need for care efforts will increase, which further increases demand for competence, change and new types of cross-sectoral partnerships between regions, municipalities, business and civil society.
Camilla also leads several innovation projects with a focus on complex societal challenges, for example in the demografic development, mental health and medtech, where cross-sectoral collaborations are formed through broad partnerships with different types of stakeholders. In order to promote the development of new and further developed services, strengthen innovation and upscaling opportunities, and increase the pace of innovation and development, societal actors gather in innovation arenas and system demonstrators.
