Eva Stattin
Projektledare
Eva works as an Innovation and process leader in projects and assignments that involve the use of digital enabling technology and open/shared data to develop new smart and sustainable products, services, and solutions. She is part of RISE unit Connected Society and a member of the team that works with Smart City Lab.
Eva has many years of experience in working at the interface between innovation management, digitalization, and sustainable development. In this interface, Eva has become an expert in finding collaborative mechanisms for how enabling technology can be used to develop new sustainable offers, products, and services.
One of Eva's focus areas is the development of innovation ecosystems, where different actors in collaboration with others can create new common approaches, solutions, and offers. Previous projects have dealt with various forms of cross-disciplinary collaboration, challenge-driven innovation, policy innovation, or how to increase the ability to work data- and insight-driven, with the goal being to find new approaches to meet complex challenges with sustainable development in focus.
Eva has led and participated in several innovation projects that Vinnova and the strategic innovation programs Smart Built Environment, IoT Sweden and Viable Cities financed. During 2014-2016, she was Program Manager for Almega and Teknikföretagen's strategic investment in service innovation "Service Innovation Sweden".

Eva's toolbox consists of methods for change and innovation management such as service design, lean startup, prototyping and, agile project management.
She is a valued workshop and process leader who applies her broad experience from research, innovation and, business development projects to inspire and engage everyone who needs to be on the journey to find new sustainable approaches and solutions to complex challenges. With her interest in and long experience with digitalization, IoT, and, open data, Eva is a strong resource in various forms of business development and innovation projects that deal with the development of smart and sustainable cities and communities.
Eva has a wide network with access to competencies in innovation and sustainability work and is an active member of the professional association Innovationledarna, where for several years she has, among other things, been active as a mentor in the association's mentoring program for innovation leaders.
