Fredrik Ahrentorp is a research scientist and project manager at RISE Smart Hardware/ Sensor Systems in Göteborg, where he works on sensor innovations, system design, sensor system development (hardware/software). He is specialized on magnetic sensors, AC susceptometry, low signal level measurement techniques, electronic system design.

Fredrik received his M. Sc. in Physics from Göteborg University in 2001 and made his master's thesis on magnetic nanoparticle studies and AC susceptometry. Fredrik joined Imego in 2007 (today RISE Smart Hardware/Sensor Systems).
