Håkan Perslow is a senior Project manager at RISE, with main focus on initiation, proposal writing and managing projects, mainly with EU-funding in the field of urban development and smart cities. He is currently coordinating the Smart Cities Project SINFONIA (www.sinfonia-smartcities.eu) and leads RISE within the Project RUGGEDISED (www.ruggedised.eu). Håkan has more than a decade of experience of working with transnational Projects from RISE and previous employment at the City of Gothenburg.
