Jenny Lundahl

Jenny Lundahl is a senior researcher and legal expert at RISE. She researches in policy and regulatory development with a focus on mobility and digital systems covering topics such as automated driving, electrification, shared mobility, geofencing, digital traffic rules etc. Areas where technology development is rapid and amendments to legislation often tend to lag behind. Before joining RISE, she worked as a judge in court (10+ years) and with drafting laws and regulations at the Government Offices of Sweden (5+ years). She received her LLM from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg in 2005.
