Jessica works as a senior design researcher at RISE since 2019. Her greatest interest lies in what happens in the interaction between humans, technology and society. With that understanding, you can design relevant, responsive services, products and ecosystems as support for, for example, promoting people's behavioral changes in terms of lifestyle and health. Always with the human needs at the center. Added to this is a strong interest in design methods. Jessica holds a PhD degree about Users haptic product experiences in the subject Human - Technology - Design at the Design & Human Factors department at Chalmers. She also has a Master's degree in Ergonomic design and production from LTU, Luleå, majoring in Industrial Design. Besides that she has an extensive experience from different industries such as medical technical development, transportation and consultancy in roles, as a manager, specialist and project manager.
