Kenneth has been a researcher in the Applied Digitization group at RISE in Hudiksvall since 2018. Since the start, he has had a strong commitment to industrial partners with a focus on emulation and development of digital testing tools. Software is becoming an increasing part of the industry's operations and products, software testing has thus become a critical part of their operations. For digitalisation and automation to be successful, testing must also be a priority area on that journey, especially in heavy industry where errors can have major consequences for health, environment and economy. Automation and digitalisation provide completely new opportunities for efficiency, something that is required for us to meet the challenges that lie ahead. We have to do more with less, better and smarter, it is not possible without software.
Kenneth has a master's degree in Engineering Physics and has many years of experience in industrial software development, including as an automation and development engineer in the sawmill industry and has been involved in the development of software that controls sawmill machines around the world.
