Lina Orrell is a senior usability researcher and works with usability, user experiences (UX) and user studies. In user-centered development and innovation, user needs are explored in order to be able to formulate user requirements and perform user tests where valid and meaningful values are evaluated and measured. Lina enjoys working in all phases of the development process, such as exploration in prestudies to validations of products, services and systems in everything from research projects to procurement and facilitation of workshops.
The knowledge to explore and clarify complex issues, discover the users' driving forces and behaviors, to analyze and to deliver it in an easily understandable format comes not only from the current role but also from previous experiences in medical devices, healthcare and social care as well as product development with a focus on usability, industrial design and ergonomics.
