Nata Amiryarahmadi is a researcher in the field of sound and vibrations. Her work primarily focuses on building acoustics, indoor sound environments, and machinery noise and vibrations.
In recent years, Nata has mainly researched acoustics in wooden buildings, annoyance by low-frequency noise, and how humans perceive the acoustic environment. She is also actively involved in aprojects related to machinery noise and vibrations and the effects of noise exposure on humans.
Nata finds it most exciting to work on a diverse range of projects that have a strong connection to people’s well-being and experience of acoustic environments.
