Ursula Hass has long experience of research and development of innovative collaborations between research institutes, academy, industry and society, on both national and international level. Ursula was appointed at RISE in January 2020 and is the unit manager for Bio organic Electronics unit in Norrköping, which is part of the Smart Hardware department and belongs to the Digital Systems division. Parallel with the unit manager role, she is also the centre director of the VINNOVA Competence center - Digital Cellulose Center (DCC), where RISE is the host organization. In DCC industrial research collaboration is performed together with 2 academic and 13 industrial partners. Ursula has worked with innovation processes and technology development in both large and small organizations/companies (e.g. Linköpings universitet, Blekinge Institute of Technology, VINNOVA, Padme AB). Ursula is also a member of Swedish Network for Innovation and Technology Transfer Support (SNITTS).
