Are you sure about the measurement uncertainty?
Despite the fact that no measurement is flawless, we often blindly trust our measurements. At this seminar, we focus on measurement uncertainty, a fundamental concept in measurement technology that is basically about being critical of our measured values.
Many factors affect measurements: the human factor, temperature, humidity, what we measure, what measuring instrument we use, and so on. But no matter how good the measuring instruments we use or how ideal the conditions are, there is no way to know that the measurement value we have received is completely true.
We talk about what factors affect measurements and how to think about the level of measurement uncertainty.
