Can measurements be trusted?

One way is to look at how you work from receiving an assignment, via the actual measurement and delivery, to how you follow up customer satisfaction. For all steps, you need to ensure that you have the right processes and skills. There is an established international "best practice" for how this can be done, and it is described in the ISO 17025 standard.
