To meet societal challenges, the public sector must increase its capacity for renewal and innovation. New knowledge must be put into practice. Effective care services for an aging population, more digital services, and electrification of the public transport system for fossil fuel-free cities are just a few examples where sustainable public welfare services need to be developed and offered to all residents in a rapidly changing world.
RISE is an independent operator tasked with contributing to the renewal of the public sector and the Swedish trade and industry. This enables us to support municipalities, regions, and authorities through multidisciplinary expertise, testbeds, and our ability to lead processes for innovation, change and transformation. On scientific grounds, we help with transition and take a holistic approach to complex issues. We can offer collaborative projects, long-term partnerships, expertise and advice, skills development, and quality assurance.
