The laboratory at RISE Packaging Excellence Centre is one of the most well equipped and advanced laboratories in all of Scandinavia. We specialize in simulating various transport and storage conditions to ensure that your pallets are strong enough.
Purpose
Carrying out a test on pallets ensures that the pallet can withstand the stresses it is exposed to during all or part of a transport chain.
Method
A full test includes:
- Compressive strength of the pallet block
- Bottom deck strength
- Top deck strength
- Diagonal strength of the pallet
- Impact resistance of the pallet block
- Shear tendency of the pallet block
- The strength of the top deck edges
- Top deck friction
Deliveries
Report containing test protocol and images are received after the testing is completed.
