We offer testing of fireplaces and chimneys according to a number of standards.
Purpose
The objectives of the tests are amongst others to decide whether or not the products are safe in use, determine minimum safety distance requirements, measure particle emissions to check if the products comply to given environmental requirements.
Method
We offer testing according to the following standards:
- Environmental and safety test for heating appliances
- EN 13240 Roomheaters fired by solid fuel
- EN 13229 Inset appliances including open fires fired by solid fuels
- EN 15250 Slow heat release appliances fired by solid fuel
- EN 12815 Residential independent boilers fired by solid fuel
- EN 16510-1 Residential solid fuel burning appliances
- Test of small chimneys
- EN 1856-1 Requirements for metal chimneys
- EN 1859 Metal chimneys - Test methods
- EN 13216-1 Test methods for system chimneys
- Test of boiler plants
- EN 12809 Residential independent boilers fired by solid fuel
Deliveries
After conducted tests the results will be summarised and presented in a report in English, Swedish or Norwegian language.
