Abirami Senthil

Abirami is a PhD student at MoRe Research, a part RISE and works in collaboration with Luleå tekniska universitet. Her work focuses on the utilization of forest-based resources to develop novel sustainable processes for bio-active fiber functionalization. The fibers can be utilized to create low density materials with lower environmental impact compared to current alternatives. She has a background in Chemistry and Paper technology and has a Master's degree from France in Biomaterials and Biorefineries in 2021.
