Giedrius Zirgulis

I am researcher in concrete technology field.
I have studied and defended doctoral degree in civil engineering in Norwegian University of Science and technology (NTNU), Trondheim. My research area was fibre reinforced concrete with emphasis on fibre orientation. In parallel to research topic I gained knowledge for X-ray Computer Tomography aplication for concrete investigation and 3D image analysis as well as ordinary image analysis.
Before moving to research area, I have gained multiple experience while working in industry. The experience covers precast industry, R&D activities in precast industry related research and the practical knowledge of concrete waterproofing and restoration of damaged concrete structures.
