Isabelle Kemlin

Isabelle Kemlin works as a Business and Innovation Executive, at the unit ICE Datacenter at RISE. ICE stands for Infrastructure and Cloud datacenter test Environment, which is a world-leading testbed and innovation center focusing on digitalization and IT infrastructure. Companies like Meta, Vertiv, Ericsson, Vattenfall, ABB, BP Castrol, as well as highly interesting start-ups like Blixt, NEXALUS and Vesiro are a few of the companies which have already joined this journey and are partnering with ICE by RISE.

Isabelle Kemlin has been leading teams performing maintenance in critical environments for almost 15 years in different industries ranging from steel beam and sawmill production sites, hospitals, telecom, as well as working as a CEO within the mining (mainly iron and copper) industry. The last six years she has been within the digital infrastructure industry, building up the datacenter business for CBRE in the Nordics.

Isabelle is very active in the global datacenter industry community with the focus of bringing efficiency on top of the agenda through sustainable solutions as well as increasing the interest and awareness of the digital infrastructure industry. Isabelle has been a cornerstone in creating an industry association for datacenters in Sweden where she now works side-by-side with the other Nordic industry associations. In 2020, she was awarded for outstanding contributions within the Digital Infrastructure community by the industry association IMasons. Isabelle has a MSc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology and is a Certified Vested Deal Architect, University of Tennessee.
