Oswaldo is a scientist and PhD candidate with expertise in organic synthesis, process development, and crystallization.
He has collaborated with teams across the pharmaceutical pipeline in the development of a drug product for retinal neurodegenerations. Besides development and upscaling of a synthetic process for manufacture of the drug compound, he has developed expertise in crystallization and solid-state characterization techniques. Among other projects, he has been involved in production, preformulation development, polymorph & salt screening, and enantiomer resolution by crystallization.
