This digital learning journey offers a training package consisting of self-instructive e-learnings and individual coaching for those who write and apply for projects at Swedish Mining Innovation.
The learning journey introduces users to norm-critical perspectives, and offers methods for inclusion and gender equality from the very beginning of innovation processes. The platform invites for exploration, triggers curiousity, and is particularly designed to navigate a complex societal challenge: gender inequality in a mainly male dominated industry.
