Our research projects in EMC and wireless communication

We conduct exciting research in the fields of EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) and wireless communication.

Through our research, we perform tests, evaluations and demonstrations to ensure electronic immunity to interference and explore new communication technologies. Our main stakeholders are the automotive industry, the telecom industry, the heavy engineering industry and the defence industry.

Explore our projects to learn more about our research and how we contribute to shaping more interference-resistant and efficient electronics and wireless communication technologies for various industries and societal functions.

EMC verification of autonomous vehicles in reverberation chamber 2

The project EMC VERification of Autonomous Vehicles in a reverberation chamber (EMCVERA) aims to investigate some of the open research questions in the standardization of reverberation chambers and build national competence and capacity in the future EMC verification of Autonomous Driving vehicles.

Simulation and verification of wireless technologies

Wireless technologies in vehicles are becoming increasingly important for safety, traffic efficiency and entertainment functions. In SIVERT 2 (SImulation and VErification of
wiReless Technologies 2), the goal is to develop validation methods - simulations and test methods for complete vehicles - for 5G mobile communication and for direct communication between vehicles and infrastructure.
