Registration FIVE 2025

Registration is open!

Due to a delay in implementing a payment solution for our conferences, we are now opening a temporary registration link for the conference. You can register via the link until we can open our other registration link with the payment function. Please note that you CANNOT make a payment at this stage.

You will receive a confirmation of your registration, but this does not serve as a receipt. In a few weeks, you will receive an updated confirmation with a payment link, where you will be able to choose to pay your fee by credit card or invoice. Your registration is not confirmed until payment has been received.

Conference Participation Fees

Below is a list of participation fees for FIVE 2025. All prices are exclusive of VAT. Please note that the prices are listed in EUR, but payment will be made in ISK (Icelandic krona).

Early Bird Discount

Register by 16 February to receive an early bird discount on your participation fee!

Speaker fee

A reduced fee is offered to those speakers who register during the early bird period (before February 16). This fee also applies to those who will present a poster during the conference.

Student Discount

A 25% discount on the fee will be offered to students who can present a valid student ID or equivalent.

* VAT (Value Added Tax) rules for a physical conference imply that all delegates will be charged 25 % VAT, but the VAT can be reclaimed in most cases. The VAT will be specified on the receipt/invoice. Hence, a valid VAT or tax registration number for your company organisation must be provided with the registration.
