Forum Samhällsbyggnad; Water - from vital resource to climate challenge is a full-day conference for the entire water industry where we foucs on the current and future climate challenges. RISE is driving the transition through groundbreaking research and innovation, and welcomes all actors in the water sector to a unique arena.
Water is both an indispensable resource and our most important food, but it is also a prerequisite for green and vibrant cities. At the same time, floods and extreme weather events are a growing challenge in an era of climate change.
Water is also a multi-stakeholder issue and co-operation is essential to ensure access to water in both normal and crisis conditions. How do we work together to achieve this and to make better decisions? What are the opportunities for improvement and innovation, and what actions, practices and inspiring examples can we learn from?
This conference will provide insights, current challenges and presentations on practical solutions for the sustainable management of water resources. Presentations and panels will bring together different perspectives from research, municipalities and industry to foster dialogue and collaboration between you and the other participants.
