Britta is part of the Human Experiences team. The unit works on projects related to digitization and interaction design, developing solutions tailored to the user experience.
Britta holds a Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Media Communication with a focus on journalism. She has a professional background in education, media, marketing, and the tourism industry. Additionally, she has experience in entrepreneurship, both as a business owner and through collaborations in projects with small and medium-sized enterprises.
Currently she is the project manager for GuideMe, which focuses on micro-businesses in the tourism industry in northern Sweden. The goal is to enhance digital maturity and develop concrete solutions that provide support and strengthen the personal hospitality.
She also contributes to communication in CitCOM TEF at RISE.
