I work as director of the unit Environment and Sustainable Chemistry where we are focussing on sustainability issues. We have expertise in life cycle assessment and environmental product declaration (LCA and EPD), circular economy and chemical issues. The unit is the home of the Chemicals Group at RISE as well as the Swedish Centre for Chemical Substitution. The Chemicals Group disseminates the latest knowledge in chemical and environmental issues to member companies in the textile and electronics industry, while the Swedish Centre for Chemical Substitution guides companies, organizations and the public sector in identifying hazardous chemicals and finding better alternatives, in everything from products to processes.
My special competences include systems for textile handling, mechanical processing of textile materials, chemical recycling technologies, sorting, RFID and digital information carriers for textile materials, information systems for traceability and transparency. I also have broad experience in national as well as European funding systems.
