Melina is a challenge-driven change leader with extensive experience in applying inclusion and equality in practice in various sectors.
Between the years 2017-2023, together with researchers and colleagues, she has developed and run the Nordic initiative The Yes Way, which works to develop methods and knowledge to develop and strengthen the Swedish innovation support system. Over the years, she has worked with over 25 innovation-promoting actors around the Nordics to spread the work.
Development programs, useful tools and methods based on research for practical implementation and dissemination is an important part of her work.
-We need to work strategically and practically with equality, diversity and inclusion in businesses and organizations in order to build competitive and prosperous businesses, solutions and communities. Inclusion and critique of norms is a decisive key and an enabler in the extensive adjustment work that we are facing.
