Since 2020, I have been working at RISE within the Human-Centered AI unit, focusing on developing various aspects of human-machine and human-AI interaction. My expertise includes user-centered design, user needs and requirements analysis, as well as strategies for acceptance and organizational change management when implementing new technologies.
