Niklas Thidevall is a lawyer working with policy development. This pertains to many areas where technological advancement is rapid. Regulatory frameworks and definitions can therefore pose challenges when testing new products and services in a real-world environment. By actively addressing the legal aspects and engaging in policy development within the field, RISE contributes to facilitating development, for example, by enabling a quicker transition from innovation to market introduction or by broadening the scope of application for new technology. Niklas has a broad legal background with experience from a commercial law firm, the judiciary, and the Government Offices/Office of the Prime Minister. He has extensive experience in policy development and placing legal issues in a broader context.
