Contact ChristinaOptimizing and analysing process and product within the paper and pulp industry is crucial for optimising production, improving quality, and reducing environmental impact. Through thorough analyses, inefficiencies can be identified, raw material usage can be optimised, and it can be ensured that the final products meet the required specifications.
RISE offers pilots, chemical and physical analyses for pulp, as well as for chip and wood analyses. Our equipment and methods cover the full range of analytical needs, from wood raw materials to finished products of various types. These are also used for client projects from other industries where the analytical tasks can be solved with our methods and expertise.
Cellulose fibres are an important resource in sustainable production, with applications ranging from packaging materials to textiles. RISE optimise the processing of cellulose from raw materials to different products, presenting innovative techniques that enhance both efficiency and environmental impact. By focusing on renewable and biodegradable materials, the cellulose fibre line helps reduce reliance on fossil resources and improve carbon efficiency. This in order to meet today's sustainability demands.

In the cellulose industry, precise and reliable chemical analyses are essential for optimizing processes, ensuring product quality, and driving sustainable development. Through advanced analytical methods, we can understand the properties of raw materials, monitor chemical changes during production, and adjust process parameters in real time.

Contact Madelene Nordquist
The quality of wood chips is crucial for pulp production, and at RISE, we offer a variety of analyses to ensure chip quality. By carefully examining and assessing different properties, we can identify any deficiencies or deviations that may impact the production process and the quality of the resulting pulp.

Processes and products are often contaminated for various reasons, leading to operational issues that create economic and environmental consequences, as well as potential customer complaints. RISE's extensive expertise and equipment can assist you with identification, troubleshooting, and solutions for nearly all materials and surfaces.
