The network for workplace-related R&D for sustainable working life, AFoU, is an open network that in collaboration builds knowledge on how good work environment, quality, innovation and competitiveness are linked.

We want to strengthen research that contributes to sustainable working life and sustainable development through collaboration between different industries, companies, public organizations, workplaces and researchers.

The network conducts research based on concrete needs and current challenges, interactively with workplaces and in party collaboration. This provides the prerequisites for the development of work that goes in the right direction, and a research that leads to actual improvement.
