Kristine Lium is Head of design & sustainability of Vidde Mobility. With a background in business and consumer behaviour, Kristine has for more than 15 years worked to design business opportunities, products, solutions and experiences that are in the sweet spot between user and the brand/ product. She's passionate about finding solutions and designing these to keep the long-term impact in mind. By taking a broader perspective on the product's footprint the aim is to make innovation and sustainability go hand in hand. When you succeed it means that you are designing long-lasting solutions that balance user attraction, functionality, and positive business outcomes.
Thomas is a design researcher with an intrapreneurial, opportunity-oriented mindset and more than 20 years of experience in business and design, project management, teaching, and facilitating organizational change. Thomas's research at RISE, Sustainable Business focuses on how physical products can be designed to lower business risks in circular business models. This can be achieved by designing physical products to become 'Future Adaptable' for various future changes.
