The first phase of the competition has been decided
The jury has chosen three finalists for each site in the competition. These teams have until May 9th to develop their design proposals.
A final winner for each site will be announced at the award ceremony at the School of Architecture on May 30th in Umeå.
Qualified teams for the second phase
The qualified teams for phase 2 should email the updated competition proposal to oskar.riby@ri.se no later than 09/05/2024 for consideration.
The developed design proposal must fit within and be legible on four (4) A3 sheet. Please write your proposal's motto in the subject of the email.
Requested information for the second phase:
The competition proposal (4 A3) including:
- Developed design description with accompanying analysis.
- Sketches, diagrams and drawings to support your design idea, such as section
drawing, elevation drawing, volumetric study, floor plan, and/or perspective
sketch.
The file should be named with the proposal's motto.
- Names of all team members. Write all names in the email and note that all submitted material must be purged of any traceable information about the author or similar details to guarantee complete anonymity.
