Laura Gottlieb (she/they) is a design researcher working in the areas of Participatory Design, shared leadership and self-leadership, and currently explores these topics within the context of public sector innovation. They have a PhD in Innovation and Design from Mälardalen University, which focuses on the role of tools in supporting learning conversations and conceptualises the term 'relational sensitivity' to identify important skills for collaborating with others. Laura also has a background in Information Experience Design and Philosophy, and is a qualified facilitator of Philosophical Enquiry and Integral Facilitation. Through their research and design practice, they aims to support deeper and more meaningful reflection and collaboration.
