Lisa is a usability researcher and works as a unit manager for the Design for all unit. In 2015, she was involved in starting up the high-tech UX Lab that the unit operates in Kista. The role as a usability researcher means that Lisa evaluates the usability and user experience (UX) of products and services, on everything from early paper prototypes to products on the market. Lisa is passionate about supporting companies to develop products and services that users find easy to understand and use, while the user experience is to their satisfaction. “This requires that we really understand our users, and not make assumptions. It is in the meeting with the users that we learn the most, especially when we observe with curiosity.” Lisa has a B.Sc. in Development Engineering and a M.Sc. in Industrial Design and has previously worked as an industrial designer and project manager for major design projects.
The unit Design for all has experts within UX, Usability and Accessibility. The unit also support the rest of RISE with video production and other media productions. Everything between Podcasts, e-learnings, interactive reports, live streaming of events, film productions and editing.
